At Softfit, we are committed to sustainable shipping with minimal environmental impact. All our products are shipped directly from our central warehouse in China.  

DELIVERY TIMES
The average delivery time is 5-10 days, depending on your location. Delays due to customs or weather conditions may occur.  

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Always double-check your address, as inaccurate addresses are your responsibility.  

RETURNS AND DAMAGES
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility. Always request a return form in advance via team@softfitclothingcom. If your order is damaged during shipping, contact our customer service with photos of the package.
